We are looking for standby tenants. With the intention of being able to fill vacated units promptly, we will offer a $200 first month discount to qualified (credit check, employment, eviction, etc) tenants.

Once a vacancy occurs, we will call you. We will offer the discount if you are able to move-in within a week.
